Alright guys let’s talk breakfast. Sometimes I struggle getting up early enough to make the proper breakfast so I’m always grabbing something quick and running out of the door or prepping the night before, so I can just grab it and head out in the morning. Who else has these problems? Honestly, I will hit the snooze button and stay in bed a bit longer vs. getting up to make breakfast haha.
These Apple Pie Overnight Oats are my go-to when I need something that’s quick to make the night before and also filling. They sort of taste like a treat but are “kinda” healthy with wholesome oats, fresh fruit, and natural sweetness. You won’t even need to grab the calorie loaded baked goods. Instead starting your day with a breakfast that gives you energy, rather than a sugar rush and energy crash later. These Apple Pie Overnight Oats are so filling, they’ll keep you from craving sweets all morning long!
You can eat the oats cold or warm them up in the microwave. Either way, they are hearty, filling, and full awesomeness! These oats couldn’t be easier to make, your children can probably make them. You mix all of the ingredients together in a mason jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight. The oats absorb the milk. In the morning you have a nice bowl of oatmeal that’s infused with the flavors of apple pie!
