WHAT IS TANDOORI CHICKEN?
Tandoori is a very popular Indian dish that includes yogurt and spice-marinated meat. After marinating, the meat is typically skewered and roasted in a clay oven until charred and cooked through, and then typically served with rice and naan. That clay oven is called a tandoor, hence the name “tandoori”!
