These Sirloin Steak Sandwiches are the perfect weekend lunch idea! Layered with seared sirloin, caramelized onions and tender peppers.
If you’re looking for something tasty and quick to make for lunch on the weekend then this is your recipe! I absolutely love sandwiches so I’m always down to prepare something new and exciting. Sirloin Steak Sandwiches are also great for dinner and parties!
DO I HAVE TO USE SIRLOIN?
Not at all! If you’ve been here a while then you know that I prefer Sirloin or Ribeye. If you’re not feeling ribeye or sirloin, or if you don’t have them available to you then New York Strip Steak is also a great alternative. It’s super tender and perfect for slicing!
