Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats will make your mornings much easier! They are quick and easy to make and perfect for an on the go breakfast.

Ingredients – ½ Cup Quick Oats – ½ Cup Vanilla Almond Milk + 3 Tablespoons – 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract – 1 Teaspoon Maple Extract – 1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds – 3 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree – ¼ Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice – ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon – 1 Teaspoon Light Brown Sugar – Chopped Pecans for Topping

Instructions – In a medium bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until well combined. – Taste and add more spices, vanilla extract or almond milk if needed. Pour oats into mason jars and place in the fridge overnight. Top with chopped pecans, enjoy!
