One Pot Philly Cheese Steak Pasta

  • 2-3 Tablespoons Canola oil
  • 2 lbs Sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • 1/2 Cup Sliced Red onion
  • 1 Cup Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Cup Green bell pepper, sliced
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika
  • 1 lb Rigatoni noodles (1 box)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, soften
  • 2 Cups Heavy cream
  • 1/2 Cup

    Monterey jack cheese

    (can also use mozerella cheese)


  • Cook pasta according to packaging and set aside.
  • Season the sliced sirloin with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika then set aside.
  • Heat skillet over medium heat.
  • Add canola oil and the sirloin. Cook until the steak is halfway done, then add in the onions, bell peppers.
  • Cook for about 3-4 minutes, then add in the softened cream cheese and mix well to incorporate.
  • Add in the heavy cream and let the sauce thicken. Then, add in the Monterey jack cheese and cook until melted. Lastly, add in the cooked rigatoni. Enjoy!
