Peach Barbecue Pork Chops

These Peach Barbecue Pork Chops are a quick and easy summer recipe perfect for any BBQ or gathering!

  • 6 Thick Cut Bone In Pork Chops
  • 1 Cup Peach Preserves
  • Cups Your Favorite Barbecue Sauce (I use Sweet Baby Rays)
  • 1 Tablespoon Chipotle Adobo Sauce
  • Garlic powder, as needed
  • Onion Powder, as needed
  • Kosher salt and black pepper, as needed
  • Smoky Paprika Chipotle, as needed (I use the Victoria Taylor Brand)
  • Canola Oil, as needed
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Splashes of Liquid Smoke
  • Freshly Chopped Rosemary, as needed


  • In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together the barbecue sauce, peach preserves and chipotle adobo sauce. Let simmer. 
  • Coat the pork chops in a little canola oil and generously season both sides of pork chops with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and smoky paprika chipotle. 
  • Heat a grill pan over medium heat. 
  • Grill the pork chops, for about 3-5 minutes on each side. Half way through the cooking process add a splash of liquid smoke and brush the pork chops with the peach barbecue glaze. Cook the pork chops in batches.
  • Continue cooking the pork until cooked through. Garnish with freshly chopped rosemary. Enjoy!
