In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together the barbecue sauce, peach preserves and chipotle adobo sauce. Let simmer.
Coat the pork chops in a little canola oil and generously season both sides of pork chops with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and smoky paprika chipotle.
Heat a grill pan over medium heat.
Grill the pork chops, for about 3-5 minutes on each side. Half way through the cooking process add a splash of liquid smoke and brush the pork chops with the peach barbecue glaze. Cook the pork chops in batches.
Continue cooking the pork until cooked through. Garnish with freshly chopped rosemary. Enjoy!
